Ginette is very helpful and transparent. She only offers what she think is good and explain all the details. She gives comparisons with other options. Park Laign was founded in 1978. The current president, Caitlin Doyle, has been with the company since 2004. What truly sets us apart is our responsiveness. We help co-owners to enjoy harmony in their condos and we promote respect for the syndicate rules. Our team takes the time to optimize the syndicate's administration. Using preventative maintenance planning we take care of repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. As corporate members of the RGCQ our continuing education keeps us up to date on new provincial regulations for co-ownership syndicates.
